Teq's WR

Hi Guys,
I just acquired a WR... level 73 and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with him in terms of Skills....

I took a look at the WR skill tree and fainted....
So can you condense for me what are the essential Skills for me to learn so I don't wast Sp and learn nonsense? I already know Lion's roar is important.

This WR is an Axe fellow but I think he's learnt some of the other skills as well... not sure whether it will be effective or experimental...

There's just so many skill for WR that I get Dizzy. WF are so much easier by comparison. Just need 4 skills to attack. WRs have like A BILLION skills and since Sp and Money is limited, it doesn't make sense to me to dilute it over a larger area of Skill set. Better to get the best out of a more speciallized skills... I think... I don't know... if I'm wrong please tell me.

I think I like Ly's build... cause she can own Baa Baa... hahahahahaha... and she's so cute and quiet about it...


Oo that reminds me... he's not in GUild yet... so I guess if he kills Weakboy... nobody will know.... Heh heh... KOS!

lol she barely can beat me now-its mostly if i lag i'm done:P


and for your wr well it takes a while to all the skills to 10, personaly the two jumps skills i say you can not do. now you need lion, drakeswift and aelion blade maxed as those are the stuners. from there well that'll be up to you sinceu need to decide what type of wr u want

well since it was an Axe user,concentrate on axe skill then
and actually wr skill are simple.
Try take a look at the WR skill tree,its easy to understand

Yes Pkker. Its already skilled... but I don't think it was well thought out... since quite a lot of the skills even poleaxe and fists were learnt...

Will concentrate on what Baa Baa said and max the 3 first.
Stunning is everything as I gather...

stunning is far from everything, you also need good attack skills. not all mobs can b stunned so stunning is more of a pvp thing, but axe is a good route to take.

I tried playing the WR and maybe I'm not used to it cause i tend to use a heck of a lot of Mana and if I don't use the skill and attack like normal, I get frustrated with all the "misses" and low damage... I think I'm so used to being a caster that its difficult to play the other Phy Dmg classes....

Sigh....

learning all skills isnt bad xD - my wr got all skills too, but at lower levels thats useless since u should concentrate first to max the ones u really need.

Yeah... I just find it a little overwhelming to see so many skills in my skill tab and am not sure how I'm supposed to organize them in order.... I guess that's one of the benefits of playing a character from a low level upwards... you get to understand the skill much better...

I think I'll remove all the skills and start from scratch... probably need to combo skill them in order to manage them better. will need to practice on smaller easier mobs first before going on RPK hunting sprees... might end up embarassing myself more trying to kill them then actually doing damage...

Oooo on that thought... I think I'll sneak him into Ninja Guild to spy on them... heh heh...

Stuns doesnt work on bosses.Since ur WR is an axe user,u should max up drake swift,mountain,volcani,heavenflame and of course axe mastery.bout the other skill for non-axe,dont worry bout it,u can still use it.(i actually confused when i look at the skill tree for the first too )

these are the must have skill for WR:-
Auric Shell Barrier
Lion Roar
Muscle Alter Sutra
Marrow Alter Sutra
Cloud Sprint
Striding Stroll Sprint

Also remember WR is multi weaponry character,so when u got bored with axe or have extra SP after u have maxed axe skill,u can try other type of weapon.

I'll just follow Miha's advise...
But is the Muscle Sutra and Marrow alter sutra really useful? I thought that was only a Level 1 skill since it doesn't last so long - I think about 30 seconds? Doesn't seem very useful to keep buffing every 30 seconds...

rofl Teq its a must-have!!! It can increase ur phys/mg def by something like 120% at lvl 10 for those 30 seconds and the cooldown is short too, so u can spamm it

Oooooo okok... I guess I should combo it in my attack then...
Easier that way... if I have enough Mana....
