Rank / Officer requirements

These are the requirements to acquire and maintain rank. Of course you don't need to have rank to do any of these things, but we require our officers to follow these to get and keep their position.

1) BE ACTIVE
2) Conduct yourself in a respectful manner at all times (don't call people names, or if you do - be careful so it doesn't come across as a real insult. Not everyone enjoys being called an a-hole or whatever word you might think will be funny).
3) Be willing to take time to help your fellow guild members. However - this doesn't mean spending all of your time helping guildies, we all have things we want or need to do, too.
4) Contribute to the betterment of the guild in some way.
5) Be responsible for helping to keep the guild in harmony with itself and others.
6) Be active on the forum and help others use it.
7) Help recruit members that will both benefit all parties and blend with our family. Don't do random guild invites, always talk to guildless people and ask them if they're interested in joining, tell them what's good about our guild. If they're not interested it's ok, don't let it discourage you.
8 ) Work with other officers of the guild cooperatively to get things done.
9) Not only enforce this guild's rules but play by them too!
10) ALWAYS remember to use respect and tact when addressing any type of issue/concern with another member or person. We must always remember even if you do not agree or like what someone does ... they are entitled to be treated with respect and decency.
11) No racial slurs or things that may be offensive to others. The topic of being gay comes up a lot in fun and that's fine but be very careful!! Recently when gc turned this direction someone replied with the barfing emote and we don't want to give people the chance for gay bashing. Put a stop to those topics right away!!
