cant sleep

3AM. unable to sleep. body tired, mind awake...nothing to do. mind bored..mind wondring..wierd things flash acrossed my mind's screen..unable to prevent it. to bored to care...im just typing what ever my mind is thinking...any suggestions on how to fall asleep?

sleep isn't coming...i think i'll be up all night...i do need sleep..but i cant acheive it...cat running from room to room, just as awake as i am it appears...i think im part insomniac...some nights i just cant get to sleep...meanwhile other nights i lay down and i drift asleep as soon as my head touches the pillow. i wish tonight was one of those nights...i think i'll watch TV..that might help...if not i'll most likly report back here...

i found the TV to be watching me more then me watching it..that idea did't work...i wonder if tomarrow night i'll be able to sleep or not...no idea..one time i stayed up for 4 days straight..i started seeing things..i fell asleep and slept well on the 5th night..i wonder if that will happen again...again my mind wonders..forgot my train of thought..lol i lost a train(i just bursted out laughing at that joke)..i must be tired..but i cant sleep..go figure...i keep finding myself staring off into space, idk why..hmm..suggestions on sleep would be nice... these flowers look like gears...

still not able to sleep..i think i'll go let the TV watch me for a while..i hope every one is having better luck sleeping then me...........

I have two favorite ways of falling asleep. Almost every night I have a cup of herbal tea at bedtime. Chamomile, valerian, and hops are all excellent choices. They're very relaxing.

The other thing is to get in a good comfy chair or on a sofa, and watch a really boring TV show. Carl Sagan's "Cosmos" series works really well. I'm usually asleep within about ten minutes if that show is on.

i dont like tea xD..and just about any program about the universe i like to watch, im a nerd like that xD..but hopefuly i'll sleep tonight...

I doubt I can help in this questions. Agree with Brainrots methods but if they don`t work for You... Don`t know what to say.
You need to find Your personal individual way. That really work for You.

And.. I`m not good in compliments but I wondering about Your thinking way and expressions... WoW!

lol i'll find a way to sleep sooner or later xD.. it appears thats how i type when im half asleep xD. im looking at those flowers and i dont see how they can be gears O.o ...i barly remember last night (no i was not wasted or anything...) xD
