A little consideration for your party please

This is something both Dani and I have said things about lately but it continues to happen. When there is a party made - whether for bounties or anything - please wait for the entire party to get there and don't rush ahead. It's rude and inconsiderate to not wait for everyone and buff before starting -it implies that the people who aren't there yet are not really necessary if you don't wait for them before you start killing. It makes no difference how hard a dungeon is, it's insulting when people don't wait for you to get there. If you want to solo a dungeon then don't bother inviting others to help if you're not even going to wait for them to get there, the purpose for having a party is to do things with other people, it makes it go faster and it's more fun. It's not much fun to get inside and find out everyone ran off without you.
